my bil and step dad went to see GnR at the Olympic stadium last night. They said it was quite good. (My mum and dsis went to watch Gazza Barlow's Calendar Girls musical instead).

Last week seemed better. I was happy there didn't seem to be so many bratty kids as I expected (apart from the 12 yo with the manager and producer, wtf!?)

Raah I was a huge GnR fan in the day, but I don't think I could go see them now, it's just not the same! Went to see Iron Maiden last month and Bruce Dickenson came out dressed like someone's dad! Still amazing guitarscetc, and the rest of the band were dutiful old rockers, but it felt a bit....sad!
