Just popped along to see MN responses, and not been disappointed. I wish we took Judge Judys approach on contact, if one parent blocks access, custody automatically reverts to the other parent who will allow access. Mediation is utterly toothless if it allows a parent to sit there and say "Ill think about access". Glad the courts broke the deadlock. I for one would support courts locking mothers up for frustrating contact. Men get jailed for none payment, its time for equality.

Thousands have been jailed. As the current law stands, non-payment of child maintenance will still be enforced with imprisionment.

However, as we all know on here, the numbers of cases where courts have enforced access orders with a community order is negligible. Indeed, Id be interested to see a link on one of those.....

Just watched this. What a vile smirking smug tosser Steve was. Clare is a total mug for staying with him. She seemed resigned to his cheating.

I dont think anyone showered themselves in glory. He was a horrible smug git. Terri Ann just came across as immature and like she was clinging on to having some power with regards to the kids. The new wife should have stayed the f$$k out of it. It was sad to watch. I've been there and it's hard but you have to put your personal feelings to one side and think about your kids needs. I think the sooner they all do that the happier everyone will be.

I'm just watching it now. I can't believe they're saying she dresses quite inappropriately around the ex cos she wears some low cut stuff!
