Is there anything to watch on it?
I have a trial and I can't find anything that's really that I particularly want to watch

Does anyone have any recommendations?

You can still cancel the trial, Cats, they refund you a %age rather than the full amount based on how long you've had it.

I did this a couple of days after I'd forgotten to cancel mine.

I'm a nerd so I watch animated stuff. They have loads of DC superhero stuff, various batman series, etc. Avatar: the last airbender and Avatar: legend of Korra are amazing. Can think what else right now I'm sure I watch other stuff...

I rate the series "casual", which is very funny as is parks and recreation.
There's quite a lot of good documentaries on there too

Transparent is good, although none of the characters are very likeable.

I found Man In The High Castle quite slow moving.

Parks and Rec, X-Files, Preacher and Mr. Robot are things I've watched and liked. Also the first two seasons of Arrow, but it gets a bit shit after that.

American Gods is coming out next month so hoping that'll be good.

Christ, how could I have forgotten about Transparent? It's fucking excellent. Yes, all the characters are awful in some way, most of all the Dad but it's very funny.

Gin - my dh and both kids absolutely love all the Avatar stuff. They were fairly bereft when they'd watched it all. In fact, dd says it was her favourite series of all time.

I thought of another two:

19-2, which is a Canadian cop show. Was originally done in French, then re-done in English. Set in Montreal. Rather excellent.

Crossing Lines - Europol thing. Donald Sutherland's in it. Cross border European task force. Seasons 1 and 2 are free.
