I think it's some sort of transfer. There were some musical note ones too. I'm still enjoying it. I've had Cherish Finden's cakes a few times at afternoon tea at the Langham and spotted her there. They are precise, not always the most exciting. Can't find any photos, phone change

the presenting is much better with Angus and so glad that third judge is gone, she was so blahhhh and whiney

at least Benoit and Cherish know what they like

I do wonder sometimes if any of them have the first idea about what they are doing....a bit like masterchef when they always seem horribly surprised when the icecream is not set rock hard after a mere ten minutes in the fridge.

Gimble. She is very talented and award winning pastry chef. And all the chefs like perfection it's like no hiding. I actually like her way of judging because when she is impressed she is actually truly impressed and being a pastry chef and cake decorator myself I know how difficult it is to impress someone like her.
