I enjoy reading spoilers (and film synopses too!) but take the spoilers with a pinch of salt - they might be broadly accurate, but don't tell us how things will happen. And with shows like GoT, it's as much about how it looks on the screen as what the characters are doing, IMHO.

Besides, won't a lot of the fun stuff be happening in a CGI studio this season, if we are going to have more dragon / wight / White Walker / direwolf (maybe) screen time?

Yes I actually recently looked back at the 2016 spoilers on the message boards and they were WAY off. Not all, but a good half just never happened.

And Ive drawn a blank on most of what I read anyway I've realised! No harm.

Though I think we can assume some things are gonna happen - Dany will land somewhere not in Kings Landing (cos that would be bananas) and she'll start trying to get families on side.

I would LOVE her to meet that young girl who's name escapes me - you know the one who is leading her house now and who has pledged to Jon.

I also suspect Arya is going to make her way up to WF, though if I know GOT it'll take her all bloody season and several kills along the way!

If anyone is in any of the FB groups, they will have seen some batshit theories about the trailer.

Still it makes a nice change from them posting how Tyrion is a Targaryen, and so is just about everyone else

Although I'm still sulking that they didn't get Jaime to do the walk of shame

I think the consensus is that Dany is in Dragonstone in the promo video, which makes sens both strategically as a launch post for the attack on Kings Landing, but also because it's an old Targ home.

I want Yara to meet Lyanna Mormont - as Yara is currently with Dany, maybe all three will meet up?

What I'm really confused about is that Jon is in there?

Shouldn't it just be a face off between the two women? One is on the throne that the other wants. Jon is only going to be a supporting character in that fight, surely? He doesn't want the throne.

Jon is the King in the North, though - and the only one in power who understands the threat of the White Walkers, which is presumably going to be amped up over the next two seasons?

I imagine it's that the north will be important tactically so he will be in a position to be 'queenmaker'.

And what will happen when Jaime and Tyrion come face to face!

Plus if Dany does win, she's barren so (now r+l=j finally confirmed) he is her only living kin, also bough neither of them know it yet!

I'm sure some of the episodes have been longer, haven't they? So even if it's only 13 eps left it could be more than 13 hours worth (hopes!)
