I have a treat size bag of mini twirl bites and some kettle sea salt and balsamic vinegar crisps

I don't diet either just try to eat sensibly but that tends to go out the window on a Saturday night

80's no judging or knocking here... it does hold fond memories for me though every sunday afternoon my mum would have the roast cooking, house cleaned and would stand and do the ironing whilst watching the omnibus

I found my migraine tablets made me lose weight, but the tablets I take for my blood pressure make me fat. So it all balances out.

I just walk the dog more. Not today though. Mardy dog hates rain.

I've become addicted to all bran. Which is probably a bit dangerous.
