Netflix - another request for recommendations

I've tried lots of the most popular series and just can't get into them. I don't like supernatural stuff which quite a lot seems to be.

Any suggestions?

I enjoyed the Undertaker and Nobel

Loved Designated Survivor.And The Crown took a while to get into but the Churchill performance was fab.

OA is my new obsession.

Dicte-Danish series about a crime reporter who moves back to her home town is very good

Oh my if you have never watched it you are in for a treat! Brilliant show.
Well the first 8 series were anyway. I prefer to forget series 9 which IMO really cocked up and it was only partially redeemed in series 10.

But DO watch!!

Another one I'd recommend is Bloodline. The estranged eldest son of a family returns home, his siblings aren't happy about it, and past and present secrets slowly get revealed. It had me flip flopping in my opinions of some of the characters: in a good way, not because of poor or inconsistent writing.

Crazy ex girlfriend is hilarious, give it a few episodes though.

Also Orphan Black, all my mates who I've recommended it too have got hooked. But same with Crazy ex Girlfriend, give it a fee episodes to really get into it.

The crown is good.

I was coming on to recommend Crazy Ex-Girlfriend and was wondering why no-one else had until I clicked on page 2. It's a fantastic show, do give it a few episodes as to begin with it seems like it's full of trope-y love triangle type stuff that you've seen a million times before. But the show just really turns them all on it's head and is just about the freshest, smartest, funniest thing I've seen in a long, long time.

The only problem is, if I ever watch Frozen again, I'll be rooting for Prince Hans now that I know how captivating Santino Fontana is.

If you loved Breaking Bad, it's gotta be Better Call Saul 👍

Better call Saul is fab! I might try crazy ex girlfriend. I've posted Medici on another thread about Netflix already. I'm wastching it, but I'm not sure what to make of it yet.

Definitely crazy ex girlfriend. I'm also liking The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, and the St Clairita diet with Drew Barrymore. All are a bit nuts but great female characters.

I also loved Love. The main female character is brilliantly flawed. It's the only thing in years that I've been eagerly anticipating the next series.

Shitts Creek. It's Quirky and lighthearted. I love it.
