What's up with Ben Affleck?

He's on Graham Norton looking really puffy and not very much like Ben Affleck. Has he had bad fillers? I can't put my finger on why he looks odd.

I like Ben Affleck, I was just surprised to see him looking a bit waxy and slightly on edge. I think he's ace in Argo.
