i thought they were a lovely couple tonight.

It was a really nice episode to watch, instead of the usual "what??!!" I tend to scream at them!

ja9 · 21/02/2007 22:29

i just love kirsty and phil.

her dress sense does trouble me from time to time. doesn't stop me loving her tho'...

ledodgyDave · 21/02/2007 22:31

Yeah much nicer couple tonight. Kirsty was pregnant in this week's episode still but wasn't in last week's.

ledodgyDave · 21/02/2007 22:31

I have a secret crush on Phil.

itsmeNDaveP · 21/02/2007 22:33

The couple a few weeks ago were the worst. That stupid eco twat and his wife. He so so up his own arse it was untrue.

I do really hate that bloody psychadelic moo-moo Kirty was wearing. Normally I think she is quite chic.

dassie · 21/02/2007 22:36

I thought they were a nice couple this week. But didn't the baby look just like her Dad?

divamumplus · 21/02/2007 22:37

oh her dress sense is crazy, i remember her wearing birhgt blue tights with patent red shoes, so many disasterious outfit, but that her own image i guess.

it was an ugly baby

peegeeweegee · 22/02/2007 07:56

I thought the baby was cute - but am massively broody at the moment so any baby is cute.

I loved the house they bought.

Kirsty looked crazy but fab!

itsmeNDaveP · 22/02/2007 11:00

I thought the first house they viewed (and loved) was absolutely rank.

The one they bought was nice though. Needed a bit of work, but other than that it was a million times nicer than the red brick one.

How they could have thought that the 1950's council house red brick one was more attractive from the outside than the Edwardian terrace with the original windows is beyond me [boggle]

sassy · 22/02/2007 11:10

Agree NdeP, the 1st house was horrid. As was the prefab bungalow in Wales.
Found it hard to watch this last night, cos DH kept distracting me drawing attention to Kirsty's moustache (I think she had that pg skin thing where you get darker patches on your face but it DID look like a proper tache).

And the baby was no beaut. A proper mini-me of the Dad. (Hopefully she has improved by now, they generally do when bald and round-headed at 9 mo.)

My DD looked like George Dawes for the first 8 or 9 months or her life.

The bungalow was also hideous.

Old Kirst did have a slightly hisute thing going on, didn't she ? She also looked like she had a big black smudge on the bridge of her nose for most of the prog.

hirsute

sassy · 22/02/2007 11:17

Have googled. Its called chloasma, apparently.
(You'd think the make-up chicks would have done a better job of hiding it though!)

that you would, sassy. that you would

Are you still in Worcs ? Was it you that was building a house ?

sassy · 22/02/2007 11:22

IN stourport, still. We were building a house in Worcs(Dh's firm were, at least) but we weren't able to buy it in the end (sob).
We've now decided to live in Bewdley cos it is better for Dh's job, so we are waiting for the 'right' piece of land/refurb job to come up. Have enrolled dd1 (she'll be 5 in Oct) into a Bewdley school with the intention of being there by this time next year.

itsmeNDaveP · 22/02/2007 11:23

Bugger.

Bewdley is nice though, I quite like the oldy-worldy feel

UnquietDad · 19/03/2007 22:21

This week's pair were vulgar.

I ask you, HOT TUBS? Bet they're swingers.
