Does anyone else watch American idol?

I do - that's how exciting my Friday nights are.

But that's not my point. My point is this: is Cat Deely the world's most irritating TV presenter?? Or it is just me? Why does she never look at the camera? Why does she constantly look at the sky and the floor as though she's desperately looking for a teleprompter?

Sure she looks great but that's it.

I must be the only one (so far) who is offended by Cat Deeley. Think she got the gig beacuse she presents 'So You Think You Can Dance' over there. According to the maagazines she is loved by all over there....also Nigel Lythgoe (Nasty Nige) is producer of both shows so maybe thats the link.

I love the show as prefer it to our UK versions.

I watch it mainly for Simon . Loved Sparkler or whatever she was called who was trying to flirt with him and licking her lips etc .

I really hope the chubby guy who sang a Seal song and wanted to make the Hoff cry gets a lot further, his personality was brilliant and he had a very good voice.

i liked his remark tonight. really bad singer was told you are crap , she started crying and the others felt sorry for her, she apologised (i assume for wasting their time) paula said oh you dont need to apologise

oooh you must have the patience of a saint TVT! i would say you are correct ref the nasty nige thing. i'm watching it on itv2+1 and she has just announced she'll see us in hollywood. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
