Eastenders - so is Rob a goodie or Baddie?

Don't know what's going on. Is Rob playing Dawn for a fool to keep her sweet for the adoption or is it true about bleeding May dry to set up home with Dawn?

I'd say he had questionable morals and probably isn't very nice.

My bet is that he is playing Dawn along to make sure that they get the baby.

I think we are supposed to believe that he is on May's side and is going with Dawn as part of the plan.
The problem for me is that he's not that great an actor, so it's hard to work out what his character is really feeling!

It's a really wierd storyline. Just can't see this happening in real life at all.

I think it's sick, they are all using each other but I get the feeling Rob is stringing Dawn along ATM.

I don't get it either. Not quite sure why Dawn likes him so much anyway...

I thought that it was him and Dawn who were running this behind May's back, until Thurs episode when Rob said it was May's idea.

Hmmm. She didn't look like she was enjoying hearing it - I don't know how May thinks this will work. How can a relationship go back from this?? Bizarre.

I think he is on mays side and just stringing Dawn along so he can take the baby and live happily ever after with May. Not sure how they ever think their plan will work as surley when Dawn finally accepts the pregnancy she will fall in love with the baby. Its a no win situation and all 3 of them will end up hurt.

I suppose it's meant to show May's desperation to get the baby. She looks a lot older than Rob as well.

He is a baddy because he is not standing up to his wife who is just desperate for a baby and not thinking straight.

I am 34 and still divide people into goodies and baddies - makes things very simple

I feel sorry for May, she obviously will go to any lengths to get a baby. She seems mentally unstable - as a doctor you would think she'd know to prescribe herself something
I guess Dawn is so in love she has lost all judgement
But goodness knows who Rob is in love with. Perhaps he feels so guilty about Dawn he misguidingly thinks he's doing the right thing by doing what May wants him to do

might turn out like Tracy in Corrie, she may not want to give up the baby. I don't think Rob will leave May, I can't see them staying in the show long-term. They don't really fit in.
