Ooh good point there Akire you could be onto something. Every time she has the book in front of her she seems reluctant to look at it. And Denise offering to share her books with Kim.... I think she says no and tries to play dumb and laugh it off, but there could definitely be something more to it.

Gah beaten to it just came on to say Blinda could do the make up for Billy and Kim can't read she just buys magazine s with clothes and hair and she struggled with highway code I think this is where ir is heading. I think Kim can read because I remember when Vincent came into it, he communicated via text messages. She just plays a bimbo surely. I watched tonight thinking Vincent and Kim are two of the most interesting characters left in EE.

They seem to be fond of Issue storylines lately so probably right about Kim although think it'd be interesting, she's a good character to do it with.

Lots of people with reading problems can read words so a text might be easy but understanding is different I think there is some thing she isn't dim .

She has to be able to read if she can run a club/bar (which incidentally seems to be running itself these days). She said she finds it hard to concentrate and then got distracted easily in the car........it may be some sort of ADHD etc?

If only Belinda had turned to MN for advice when divorcing Neville, she'd have half the marital assets now.

It's crazy that someone like Belinda would be palmed off with just £50,000 from her ex - the house she shared with him must be worth at least half a million.

Did Belinda and creepy ex live in London because that house would be a lot more than half a million. I think it'd be more than that here tbh and I'm up North. She was well and truly done there.

They lived in Essex and yeah belinda was done he had more than 50k kicking about think that is what he agreed becsuse she wanted a quick divorce

Kim doesnt need to drive - her and the others go shopping at the mini mart, drink in the Vic or Albert ( which i think she co owns? ) or the cafe. They can get on the train or bus for any rare trip out and, if its an emergency, they can get cabs!

I like her though, feel a bit sorry for her. She is nicer than Kat.

Everyone seems to have a car on Albert Square but most of the time they are all parked in some sort of car blackhole out of sight. Amazingly you don't get many stories of the younger characters doing their driving lessons. Ben and Jay are mechanics but not once have i ever seen them drive a car.

They drove during the Lucy storyline.

I was about to agree that no one learns to drive on EE but then I remembered that Abby did because she ran over her dog.
