I was wondering if there was some kind of earlier estrangement because I vaguely remember D going to see Libby inOxford around the time she was engaged to Ian and it was a Big Thing to be able to go.

I was thinking the other day that Denise never mentions her husband who died. People get widowed on this show and just seem to suck it up and never mention their spouse again after a couple of months.

Is Libby the only character who has left the square to go to uni? Even perfect Abi got a job as a receptionist instead of studying. I'm surprised they don't have a university of Walford conveniently round the corner.

Thought Belinda leaving was a crap exit. And irresponsible. She must owe stacey and Martin rent. She has left stacey with no job and left them with all her debt and products. And yet again they have got rid of a good character. I have a feeling she will be back in 2 weeks crying and needing stacey again.

I think Masood will leave again. They haven't done anything with his character. He hasn't a job, his kid doesn't go to school, he didn't set up his curry stand again, he didn't get into a relationship with Carmel (or Belinda). He just wanders around. I like his character and I hope they don't write him out of it but I have a feeling he isn't going to stay.

I hope mas doesn't go, that's why I wondered about Zainab, I thought perhaps they'd brought him back to then bring her back iyswim?

I really like her too and would like to see her return. But only one of her children now live on the square. Masood wants a change, it would be more likely he would go to her surely?

Belinda's sudden exit was bizarre as was her insistence that Mas should phone Zainab. She knew nothing about Masood's relationship with his ex wife . All very far fetched.

Found it hard to believe that Denise knew nothing about statutory maternity pay or her rights at work. She's sharp as a tack. It was another opportunity for Libby who's always right to give her mum a lecture in that slow voice she uses when she's explaining something to her mum.
Finding Libby a bit dull. She's a 50 year old woman trapped in a teenager's body.

I find Libby's character interesting. I wonder who they will have befriend her. It is highly unlikely she will hang around with Lauren, Ben, Abi, Whitney. The only person I can see her being friendly and who has a bit of depth to his character is Jay. Maybe she will help him..

Or maybe she will find Johnny more like minded.

It would be good if Libby befriends Whitney. She might knock a bit of sense into her, she needs a reality check. Ideally, she would ask Whit to stop doing her tinkling laugh after every sentence too.

Who did Libby hang about with before apart from Darren ? I can see her either trying to save Jay or being a complete wet blanket with Johnny and they can be smug together judging everybody .

Yes she could strike up a friendship with Johnny. There's a slight problem with his nickname Sausage due to her strict vegan principles.

I hope something dramatic happens soon. I'm craving some action and some edge of the seat cliff hanger endings.
Looking forward to the Roxy and Ronnie storyline, at least that will be dramatic. Sorry if that's a spoiler, I think everyone knows.

I didn't know! I don't read magazines I don't read soap websites. It's entirely possible not to know what's happening. Unless it's been on a preview on the BBC please no spoilers!
