Netflix Show Suggestions

Howdy! I'm looking for some new show suggestions
I have seen and love GOT, TWD, OITNB, Suits, Peaky Blinders, Peep Show, HIMYM, TBBT, Extras, Derek, Only fools and horses and Grace & Frankie

What do you guys recommend??

i couldnt bear Peaky Blinders in the end, The music would just intensely irritate me

dont think MadMen is Netflix, though it did recommend Top of the Lake which I saw the other year and enjoyed

I think the soundtrack is one of the best things about Peaky Blinders and I ended up cleaning for over 4 hours listening to a playlist on Friday.

Another vote for House of Cards, am just about at the end of the first season and it's been absolutely brilliant, no fillers at all. Kevin Spacey is fantastic in it, perfect casting.
Can I ask though while we are talking Netflix - does anyone else have a problem with it freezing? It happens once or twice every time we watch a show.

I hated Peaky Blinders.

Grace & Frankie!

Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin are hilarious in it with an excellent supporting cast. Watched both seasons in just over a week and season three is planned for next year.

Can't wait!

Jessica Jones is amazing my fave of the last 12 months, but yes, it gets forgotten.

I love grace & frankie and re-watched Gavin & Stacey the other week, I've seen it so many times but not for about 3 years and it was so much funnier this time.

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is the best thing I've seen on Netflix for a while (also a bit fan of Grace and Frankie and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt). Some amazing songs and great, very sharp writing and performances.

The Returned if you don't mind subtitles, House of Cards, Breaking Bad and Battlestar Galactica. Also started watching Stranger Things yesterday. For easy watching The unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt , Arrested Development or It's always Sunny in Philidelphia.

Detectorists. Gentle, subtle, sublime comedy drama that we stumbled on by accident and absolutely loved.

Stranger Things is brilliant. Like Stephen King got together with John Carpenter, wrote a script, gave it to Steven Spielberg to direct and then he asked Guillermo del Toro to join in. It's so, so good. Horror mixed with kid's adventure films. Halloween meets Stand by Me/The Goonies.

You could really believe it was made and filmed in the 80's, even the opening credits are perfect.

Anyway I liked it.

Going to start on My Crazy Ex Girlfriend next.

iZombie is significantly better than I expected, although I have only seen the first 2 episodes so far. 😁

House of cards, orange is the new black, power is my new fav and season 3 has just started but they are only playing 1 a week so I have that to look forward to every Monday😄
