It's obvious where this is going though... Johnny will keep comforting Ben, they'll grow close, kiss/sleep together, Ben will freak out & get all angsty about Paul for a few minutes, Johnny will whine until Ben agrees to be with him, Linda will go into meltdown over her precious sausage being with the ex-con whose last bf was killed for being with him.

Is it just me, or is it not a bit weird to be buying flowers in memory of the grandson of a florist?

Louise was much more likeable than usual in tonight's episode. I hope that continues!

Johnny Sausage and Criminal Ben together? I suppose it's lumberingly inevitable. Then Sausage can become his lawyer, what with him passing the fastest law exams known to jurisprudence and all that. I'm sure it must be about time for Ben to kill someone else in a fit of angry straight-legged acting.

I cant stand the sassy face louise pulls it does me who teaches them the sassy face? I still think Ben ran off in a panic and left paul to die oh there is a flower lady at the tube station she would have supplied the flowers.

I went on holiday and was behind 4 weeks...I am almost back on track after and an eastenders marathon last night!!

I cried at the episode where Paul died. Very clever writing by the bosses having Paul and Ben in it so much in the lead up to his death. They were actually becoming a nice couple and quite likeable. Pity they couldn't leave them for a while as a normal gay couple. Clearly such a thing doesn't exist in Walford.

So I now have episodes plus tonight's and I will be back in business!

When does the new producer come in?

When my mum passed all I wanted go do was lie in bed with my duvet over my head, so I get why Ben has his hoodie up. Harry Reid has played it just right - and Johnny is looking even more wooden and awful next to him. Although I had déjà vu yesterday, then both walking to the police station and the shots were so similar to when Christian and Syed went their after Christian had been beaten up in a hate crime.
