Just seen the episode where Rachel decides not to get married - must have been one of the first ones - the clothes - were like Dexy's midnight runners - dresses with trainers, baggy hig waisted rousers with braces.

I have little memeory of looking so awful

I find the weight differences of the girls from the first series to the last the most shocking.

Although when the first series was aired their weight would have been considered normal and attractive, now it would be regarded as chubby or plump.

Personally I think they looked better with a bit of meat on their bones.

and Rachels hair is so frizzy and natural looking .........she wouldnt have dreamt of looking like that in future episodes!

lol, they were so cool. i actually feel sorry for them. most people get to forget what they looked like in the late 80's early 90's, but friends is on a loop on c4 and e4 every day

let's face it she still looks good in dungarees

Can I point out that they were 15 years younger too, which is probably why they had higher voices
