NuggetofPurestGreen · 31/05/2016 21:41

But she isn't stepmother to his father Steven is she?

BlueThursday · 31/05/2016 21:43

I'm Sure she was (had a rare wine so a bit woo hoo Grin)

Kathy was married to Pete. Pete was Simons father

NuggetofPurestGreen · 31/05/2016 21:44

Simon I mean. She is David's stepmother.

BlueThursday · 31/05/2016 21:44

Or was Simon Brian's? I need to wiki!

NuggetofPurestGreen · 31/05/2016 21:44

Pete wasn't Simon's father though. He turned out to be Brian Wicks who Pat had an affair with while she was with Pete.

BlueThursday · 31/05/2016 21:45

Aha thank you!

NuggetofPurestGreen · 31/05/2016 21:46

It's very confusing though! Ian is Simon's stepbrother so is Steven's step uncle as well as stepfather Smile

MrsJayy · 31/05/2016 21:48

They didnt really explain Peter very well lots of umming and ahhing

BlueThursday · 31/05/2016 21:51

Told you: mind blown!

unimagmative13 · 31/05/2016 22:08

David Wick is Ian's half brother but not Simon. According to Wiki

unimagmative13 · 31/05/2016 22:09

Is there a way Lauren and Steven are related?

NuggetofPurestGreen · 31/05/2016 22:15

So has anyone told max what's happening? Remember in Corrie, Peter was banged up for Tina's murder but when Rob confessed Peter was out five minutes later.

MagpieCursedTea · 31/05/2016 22:16

Lauren said something about arranging an appeal. I'm guessing it depends on when the actor is due back!

NuggetofPurestGreen · 31/05/2016 22:19

Oh yes I meant the coppers though. Can you arrest someone for a crime and have someone else in prison for the same thing?

MagpieCursedTea · 31/05/2016 22:25

Yes because Bobby hasn't been convicted yet so he's still technically innocent until proven guilty even though he's confessed.

freshprincess · 31/05/2016 22:26

I've not been on the thread for ages, I had a bit of a backlog to get through.

Never liked Peggy much but her death was so well done. Phil is soo good, why on earth does Danny Dyer get all the awards?
Stacey and Martin awwwww
Weird creepy builder needs to do one and they should bring back the fit scouser builder instead
Thank god we've finished with the Lucy storyline, only 2 years later!!

I'm still scratching my head about Steven. I know he's Cindys and I remember him shooting Jane but I'm lost as to who is father is, why he lives on New Zealand.

GetHappy · 31/05/2016 22:27

I am not sure if they would have to wait until trial/sentencing

Although, Stacey or Lauren mentioned something about an appeal

MrsJayy · 31/05/2016 22:41

Steven went to live with his dad in NZ after he came out of a phsyciatric ward i cant remember if he was done for the kidnapping/shooting/stalking or not . He looks like Matt smith it weirds me out Doctor Who in Enders

MrsJayy · 31/05/2016 22:42

Oh and he also tried to smother his granny Pat

hippiedays · 31/05/2016 23:42

I felt sorry for Bobby tonight, just the thought of a boy being taken away from home, being scared and alone etc. He needs psychiatric help.

Christian buggered off fairly quickly too. Ian didn't even put up a fight when Jane said it was over, just slipped off. So frustrating.

Abbi is like a mini Babe, there is something sinister about her.

AGnu · 01/06/2016 00:06

I don't understand why Ian would take Jane's freak out seriously. She's facing a potentially life-changing situation & he thinks she's making well thought-out decisions?! "We'll talk about it another time." "Let's get through the next few weeks before we make any big decisions." "I'm not giving up on you." - all these things are far more sensible responses than just wandering out of the room! Hmm

I felt sorry for Bobby too. Surely he'll be seen by a psych at some point!

hippiedays · 01/06/2016 00:38

And I presume Ian is actually going to continue visiting Jane. After all his family are actually responsible for not having babies of her own and potentially making her wheelchair bound. Or is he going to become a teenager and mope at home that she doesn't want to see him because they have 'broken up'.

Jasonandyawegunorts · 01/06/2016 17:16

"Charging you with the unlawful killing of..."

Can you have a lawful killing?

mrswhiplington · 01/06/2016 19:09

Maybe if you killed someone in self-defence. I'm not a lawyer but I'm sure someone will let us know.

Optimist1 · 01/06/2016 19:27

I think if someone is killed in war conflict or possibly by police in the commission of a serious crime it's "lawful killing" - like mrsw I'm no lawyer!
