ER - where to start?

Ok - am a long term Greys Anatomy fan, and need some more things to watch - i tried season 1 of ER, but couldnt get into it....

so the question is, do i abandon my 'always start at season 1 episode 1' stance and jump in on season 4(or which one is the best)? or keep trying, or give up?

Still sobbing into my ukulele for Dr Greene...

ER is one of my all time favourites. Such an amazing show. Great storylines and well acted. Love love love it!

NOTHING has ever made me cry like Mark's last episode,I'm practically wailing just thinking about it. DH,on the other hand,laughed the whole way through it because of the state I got myself in.

ER is my 3rd favourite tv show ever. The full 15 season boxset goes very cheap on amazon every now and then,was down to about £50 at one point and I stupidly didn't buy it.

Greg's last episode made me wail.

My all time favourite and moment was Carter and Lucy, season finale cliffhanger. Never saw it coming!

right - am half way through S3 now, we've have the 'sick off' where all the nurses called in sick

Dougs eyebrows are not as dark as they were

and its fun to see all the supporting actors, so far I have spotted Abraham from Walking Dead (fireman) Kirsten Dunst, and what looked like Jeffrey Wright (Boardwalk Empire)

Lucy Liu was in 2 episodes in one of the earlier seasons

just watching the last ep on S3..... when Mark pulls the gun on the twats on the train!

and then on the bridge, if i didnt know he was going to die of cancer (or something tragic.....) i would have thought he was going to shoot himself for a nano second....

off i go to S4

OMG - just seen the 0403 episode where the gun people come in and Jerry blows up a car!!

With the big gun thing?? That was a good episode!! Oh I miss it so much!
