I'm lost at how Billy and Stuart are still in.

Stuart cooked the amazing ox cheek main last week that all the restaurateurs raved about.

I am astounded that Billy is still there, but I guess they decided to even up the sexes.

That ox cheek dish looked delicious even though (I think) he ruined it with mushrooms.

So back to it tonight at 20.30. They are cooking for a theatre then back in the studio. 5 left. I presume one goes tonight but that's not definite given there's 3 more episdes!

Then tomorrow at 21.00 and off to Mexico
