well, it has already started so, get the vanish out, the orange stuff gets everywhere.

Highlights to include- can Rafa win a tournament this April?
Is Djok starting a losing streak wishful thinking ?
Will Murray get enough sleep to retain his title in Madrid? (Doesn't appear to be scheduled to play Munich)
Will Stan's shorts be a patch on last year's?
And never discount the Rog Bot!

So, Vamos! Allez! Let's go!

Awww, Grouchy. Hang in there !

VAMOS BABY GROUCHY !

MrsVamos · 22/05/2016 23:01

Right. Must go to bed. See you tomorrow !

Night lovelies xxx

DramaAlpaca · 22/05/2016 23:06

I also can't get my head around the fact that now DS3 is 18 I'm the mother of three grown men. Thankfully they adore their old mum and are very good at giving hugs & making me cups of tea Smile

Night MrsV x

magimedi · 23/05/2016 08:53

What I can't get my head round is that Mrs V is only about 5 years older than DS.

Whilst I know Mrs V is a responsible 'grown up' - I still find it hard to think of DS as such (even though he know has a DC of his own!!).

In fact, Mrs V, I am old enough to be your mother.................

MrsVamos · 23/05/2016 09:00

mummymagi

I can't think of anything nicer. Smile

I don't feel like a 'responsible grown up' - it feels like I spend most of my time making it up as I go along.

I keep wondering when I'm going to feel 'grown up'. Grin

Hope everyone is well today, love and hugs to MiniRaahh'and Raahh - bet you could both well do without the pox.

Lets hope we get some decent weather in Paris too !

MrsVamos · 23/05/2016 09:02

Drama

Your lads sound fabulous ! My 2 are fab at the coffee, not tea (bleurgh) for me and hugs too, so I guess I'm doing something right. Smile

magimedi · 23/05/2016 09:39

I still don't feel 'grown up & DS tells me to act my age - not my shoe size!!

Maybe it's a second childhood????

Hope the pox isn't too bad or too itchy.

Lovely here on Sussex coast so hope it's also good in Paris.

MrsVamos · 23/05/2016 11:13

Awww, magi ! Smile

No tennis. Sad Weather is terrible in Paris.

I didn't see the start of the coverage but I presume they are showing a replay of Murray V Djokovic because Murray is due to play later ?

Still loving Jim Courier's pronunciation. Wink

DramaAlpaca · 23/05/2016 11:28

Morning ladies.

DS2, who's 21, asked me the other day when you start to feel 'sorted' as an adult. He's finding his feet atm, living & working away from home with all the responsibilities that entails. I told him you don't, you just keep on muddling through and making it up as you go along Smile

Hope weather in Paris clears up soon. It's glorious here in the west of Ireland makes a change.

Hope MiniRaahh is doing OK.

magimedi · 23/05/2016 12:05

I have rushed round like a loon all morning to get stuff done & then it's berluddy raining in Paris. Angry

Wish they'd buck up with a roof.

MrsVamos · 23/05/2016 12:26

Oooh. Players on court. Stan V Rosol.

VAMOS STAN !

They said yesterday that a roof on PC is 4 years away. Shock Sam Smith reckons they should relocate to the south coast !

Sounds like RG is in bad repair all round but planning and resident issues means it takes a long time for anything to happen.
They were saying that the grounds can't really cope with the amount of people that visit anymore.

The place is almost empty.

Raahh · 23/05/2016 12:31

Afternoon, everyone!

For a poxy person dd2 is full of beansGrin. She slept well (even If I didn't).

Looking forward to finally seeing some tennis. The conditions suggest they might not be out long. Stan probably welcomes the break, since he arrived so late after winningin Geneva.

BINGO! They have mentioned the 2012 Rafa match. Now- don mention it again.

OP posts:
Raahh · 23/05/2016 12:33

Stan is wearing yellow. This is often a bad omen, imo. Although it looks ironed, for once, (or maybe just tightBlush).

OP posts:
Raahh · 23/05/2016 12:35

And I'm 44. In my head, I am still 19, and it is December, 1990(during my first term at university.).

OP posts:
Raahh · 23/05/2016 12:37

Wish I lived near there- it's a bloody GS, defending champion- and the place is EMPTY. Wouldn't happen at Wimbledon. The die-hards would sleep in the rain rather than miss a possible minute of action. Grin

OP posts:
MrsVamos · 23/05/2016 12:53

Glad to hear MiniRaahh isn't suffering too much.

Lack of sleep however is not good and not fun.

Same here, Raahh. We could be there nearly everyday ! Envy

MrsVamos · 23/05/2016 12:55

I noticed the yellow.

I think Rafa is in blue ?

Ah, its Febreze. I've missed Febreze !

DH calls Rosol 'Ars'ol'. Grin

Raahh · 23/05/2016 13:06

Febreze is brilliant. He was looking at Inverdale like 'you are just repeating last year's rubbish' when he was gushing over Kyrgios, last night. Because being obnoxious is 'entertaining',.[cross]

Come on Stan!!!

OP posts:
Raahh · 23/05/2016 13:07

Ars'ol Grin

There are others who should be called that tooGrin

OP posts:
MrsVamos · 23/05/2016 13:10

I know. Its not entertaining, its irritating.

Stan looks like he's finding form. Had a blip this 1st set.

Don't think Ars'ol will be able to keep up. Stan will wear him dahn !

Raahh · 23/05/2016 13:14

I hope Stan picks up the pace- or we will never hear the end of it. Forget Rafa- beating the defending champion in the first round has to trump that.

-(and still doesn't suddenly make Rosol a great player- up until last week, Stan had been very patchy in form)

OP posts:
GrouchyKiwi · 23/05/2016 13:15

Ooof, that yellow on Stan is rather bright.

Have had a busy morning working on Operation Baby Eviction. We might be making progress. It's nice to put up my feet now and watch some tennis.

Raahh I'm glad MiniRaahh is doing OK.

Raahh · 23/05/2016 13:15

Come ON Stan!

It's the yellow shirt, I'm convinced.

OP posts:
GrouchyKiwi · 23/05/2016 13:18

Jeremy Chardy is rather pleasant to look at. Why didn't I know that?

MrsVamos · 23/05/2016 13:18

I was just thinking the same thing, Raahh. Last thing we need is for him to be called a giant killer. Hmm

Busy morning, Grouchy ? In my day that meant sex. Grin

Don't suffer in silence, we'll breathe with you. You know I'm expecting a live birth thread don't you ?!
