I see Magali is not coming back- what a pity!
The Forever Unique woman is going to be trouble- real trouble.
Dawn will finally meet her match.

I noticed (!) it a year or so ago too. What does POA mean?

PolkadotsAndMoonbeams · 18/04/2016 23:08

Leanne's having a house done up at the moment - in the first episode I think she was there with Dawn and they were talking about her birthday,

feckthemall · 18/04/2016 23:08

Price on application. She likes grey a lot. Some house though.

HesterLee · 18/04/2016 23:19

Thanks Feck. Inside it's a bit bling for me but it is a beautiful building.
Ah I missed that bit in the first ep Polkadots. Must concentrate more!

Rudechoob · 19/04/2016 14:26

Just caught up after my night shift....that leanne is a sh*t stirrer!!

gingerbreadmanm · 19/04/2016 21:17

Just caught up. Ampika cracks me up, Tanya seems so naturally funny. Looking even better this week now her lips seem to be dying down a bit.

Has dawn done something to her face? She looks different. I dont know if its the clothes or face? The blue satin blouse was nearly as bad as ampikas belly dancing number.

Misse came across much better this week.

whatamidoinghereanyway · 20/04/2016 14:19

Tanya is funny and doesn't take herself too seriously like all the others seem to Grin

WallisSimpson11 · 20/04/2016 15:07

I think it's Ampika who doesn't take herself seriously. I really like her, with her mad clothes and all.

gingerbreadmanm · 20/04/2016 15:49

Yeah ampika knows she's daft she just doesnt care. She always comes across really happy.

I must admit ive kind of rooted for her and mark all the way through Blush

whatamidoinghereanyway · 20/04/2016 20:32

Ah yes you're right, particularly in this series Ampika isn't taking herself too seriously, I'm rooting for her and mark tooGrin

vjg13 · 20/04/2016 22:28

Ampika is coming across much better in this series, funny, nice and genuine. Leanne also seems to have improved. Dawn seems much worse this time, love the outside of her house but not the interior.

MarthasHarbour · 21/04/2016 08:39

Just settling in, i missed the first two episodes but hey you dont really need to catch up do you, they rehash everything in every episode anyway! I watched Monday's episode so reckon i have caught up.

just i am so sorry to hear about school. It really doesnt surprise me as there was always something about Lauren i didnt like, including in the last episode. Your account is enough for me, i think i guessed her to be a nasty bully Sad but well done you for winning at life Smile Flowers

I live very close to bojangles and ceevee I laughed when Ampika threw the Hale and Alty house particulars back at 'Will the best estate agent in the area' Hmm Snotty caah! Grin

MsBojangles · 21/04/2016 11:28

I picked up on that too Martha, cheeky bitch, wouldn't mind but she's only in Hale Barns herself! Grin

MarthasHarbour · 21/04/2016 12:18

MsBojangles Grin

We viewed a house on Dial Rd just next to Opium, i missed a trick there, could have listened to her spats first hand if-she ever actually makes an appearance at her own salon Wink

I also laughed at them scoffing brownies on the floor of the 'Hale Country Club'. If that had been two years ago they would have had our car in the background hot footing it to Wythenshawe via the back roads to the labour ward Grin

KenDoddsDadsDog · 21/04/2016 20:08

Alsatian hair Grin

Momamum · 21/04/2016 22:38

Can't wait to see Ampika's new bootilicious bum and when she said it would need its own postcode I really laughed. Grin

PolkadotsAndMoonbeams · 29/04/2016 11:51

Well, that was a boring episode! You obviously all thought so too.

Next week's looks better - I already knew about Ampika's 'outfit' because it was in the local paper Grin

MizK · 29/04/2016 11:55

Just discovered this thread! I love this show.

Ampika is absolutely made for TV. I love how ridiculous she is and how she has zero fear of what other people think of her.

I started out liking Dawn but she's a bloody nightmare. I hate how she speaks to people. I actually think the show would be better without her.

The new girls are good choices, really love Misse's house....she's actually got taste which is refreshing.

Off to read all the posts now....😀

FerrisBueller1972 · 29/04/2016 12:27

Another local here, it really should be Desperate Housewives. I know some socially/professionally. It's cringeworthy watching sometimes!

gingerbreadmanm · 29/04/2016 14:51

Ooh ferris do tell Grin

KenDoddsDadsDog · 29/04/2016 19:40

Do not like Sports Direct woman one bit.

Laquila · 29/04/2016 23:37

Surely it's inconceivable that Seema would want to take Tanya, a woman who seems to voluntarily go boz-eyes in every piece to camera, to Paris Fashion Week. Loved Ampika referring to it as "Paris Fashion Show".

andadietcoke · 29/04/2016 23:46

As a former regular of Opium (changed jobs and used to get my nails done in my lunch hour) I can confirm that Ms Pickston was fairly regularly in attendance. I was 'lucky' enough to manage to have an appointment a couple of times when they were filming, but she was also in there quite frequently when not. I was begrudgingly impressed when I saw her scrubbing the pedicure sinks herself one time.

However...all sorts of rumours floating around locally about her and her salon. The phrase I remember was 'more front than Blackpool'. Make of that what you will Hmm

Laquila · 29/04/2016 23:52

Dietcoke, I genuinely don't know what that means! Am I being vair naive?!...

KenDoddsDadsDog · 30/04/2016 03:06

It can mean over confident or cough a cover for something .
