Former Steps star H is reportedly to make his showbiz comeback by signing up to the next series of Celebrity Big Brother.

Although the show's producers are yet to confirm the completed line-up, H is expected to join A-Team actor Dirk Benedict and Starsky and Hutch star Paul Michael Glaser in the famous house.

Channel 4 bosses are also confident that they can persuade David Hasselhoff to join the line-up.

A source told the Daily Star, "H is a nice guy but he can be a bit of a diva if he doesn't get his own way.

"He's an all-round entertainer so he might get the celebs in the house to start doing the famous 'Tragedy' dance...He wasn't called H for nothing. He is hyperactive and a fidget and may get on people's nerves, so expect a few blow ups."

The Sunday Mirror is speculating that Jon Ansell and Matt Stiff from G4 will be in the new series of Big Brother.

G4 were runners-up in the first series of The X Factor two years ago.

According to the paper, other celebrities who have been approached include MP Tommy Sheridan, Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding, Baywatch's David Hasselhoff, 80s pop star Adam Ant and glamour model Leilani Dowding.
