Tennis is very £££.

DS did Climbing at college last year but has loads on this year and has a weekend job so not much sports at the mo. We're just waiting for the "are you paying for me to learn to drive ?"

DD has decided she wants to ice-skate.

I might give it a go. Need to escape the house sometimes and might as well try to lose a bit of weight instead of keep talking about doing it. then stuffing meself with crisps and sweeties.

At least if you take Ike you can wander a bit if it gets too boring, or cold.

Invest in some snuggly boots, jumpers and a Good Coat.

Taking Ike is definitely a planHe is very noisy though. He has an ear piercing bark.

Ds has joined air cadets. He is 13, but so short and skinny he has been told he can't fly until he's heavy enough for the parachute.

I'm not letting dd2 do anything other than Rainbows, as I spend too much time ferrying them around.

the stupid Easter thing and it wasn't even that late has done my head in. The dcs were off Easter weekend, in for 4days and then off two weeks. The dds don't go in til Tuesday. They will be off again soon after for May day and local elections.

Good thing I'm not at work!

DS informed me earlier that he's at College now till 23rd June, and that's it for the summer till September. No half term.

Oh, and it might be less, might be more. Wtf ?!

8 weeks is long. Kids will be really fed up come summer break.
