New thread for more random chat about the jungle.

Make yourselves comfy and avoid the dunny.

Couldn't believe the storm never put out the fire, so they must be under a canopy.

Shutthatdoor · 29/11/2015 22:28

Yes they must be. Pouring with rain and no one's hair is getting wet Grin

ENtertainmentAppreciated · 29/11/2015 22:30

I can't believe they didn't show the bit where Chris said banish the Purple team Angry

I'd have been craving the cheese and biscuits, the jam would've made me cry. I'd have eaten it anyway though.

ALaughAMinute · 29/11/2015 22:30

Yvette looked pissed off when she didn't get voted out. I wouldn't be surprised if she cracks soon or walks.

DorynownotFloundering · 29/11/2015 22:31

A couple of us mentioned Vicky's wandering jaw up thread or maybe previous one. I suspect she has had dental braces removed recently the way she moves her mouth .

NoArmaniNoPunani · 29/11/2015 22:33

And who the actual fuck is voting for lady c?

I am. I love her.

musicnightelf · 29/11/2015 22:44

Joe Swash has just said on the ITV2 show that if Evette was to walk then she wouldn't get her pay and that's what's keeping her in.

WotNoLoobrush · 29/11/2015 22:44

I noticed Yvette looking really disappointed too.

Shades of Helen Wood...

cardoon · 29/11/2015 23:00

...in that she divides opinion I mean

clam · 29/11/2015 23:04

Yes, there's a canopy over the camp. In the early years, they just got wet. In fact, things were a whole lot tougher all round in those days; no make up allowed, for a start. They were each allowed one luxury item and people chose a whole range of things. Some had photos of loved ones, others went for things like pillows or picnic chairs. It's much more comfortable all-round nowadays. Although I'm still surprised that every year, at least one camp-mate comes out expressing surprise that they weren't slipped food whilst in there.

ILikeToClean · 29/11/2015 23:15

clam I was saying to DDs that the first few series were really tough, they got wet as there really was no shelter, don't think they had to lights, weren't they in "night vision" in the evenings, and used to sneak all sorts of stuff in, no make up, cigs etc allowed. Think the very first series only had about 8 people in there! can't believe I've watched 15 series of this

Think Brian was shocked he went, he wanted to win.

I think there has always been some type of canopy for shade and shelter

They can't be out in the sun for 24/7

Dunking Duncan and Tony did well and drools at bread butter and jam

Seems to be less time on lady c now

Yes if they quit they lose some/all of their money / and quite right too !!!!

Need to see more live trials

And yes I know 100% my sexual lovers Grin

Sansoora · 30/11/2015 04:56

I didnt make it to the end so was rather surprised to read this morning that Brian had been eliminated. I didnt like it when he whispered behind his hand to Georgie that he hated Chris but apart from that I think the was personable.

NoahVale · 30/11/2015 06:43

yes but it is confusing to work out, people vote to save so he received less of the saving votes ie not necessarily disliked, more forgotten about

NoahVale · 30/11/2015 06:48

i know I was surprised to see they didnt get wet and then the lights went out, that surprised me also

toldmywrath · 30/11/2015 07:23

What surprised me about last night was how quickly Ant & Dec got back to the studio (& Brian-a few seconds & the whole lot of the rest of them gathered for the wave off-like it wasn't 'live')

toldmywrath · 30/11/2015 07:26

It hasn't been 15 series has it? Shock I'm another who's watched every one as well Blush

The very first ones were more dismal (by way of living conditions) but the trials were way easier. I remember Tara PT moving away from a cockroach shower -nowadays they are confined by helmets or perspex so no getting away from the critturs.

Chippednailvarnish · 30/11/2015 07:46

The wave off did look prerecorded, as they all have the same basic wardrobe its not like they have to worry about continuity.
I wonder if Duncan had his black eye?

SoleBizzzz · 30/11/2015 08:37

Just watched Lady C`s Son being interviewed on Good Morning Britain. He seemed ok.

MrsJayy · 30/11/2015 08:47

I think the vote off has to be pre recorded it isnt by much though maybe 10 minutes

JAPAB · 30/11/2015 11:56

toldmywrath the area where they do the vote off probably is right nextdoor to the presenters' stand.
