Has anyone been watching 'Reign' on Netflix?

I have to admit that this is one of my guilty pleasures right now...

I'm a very sensible professional 41 year old woman (well actually 21 in a 41 year old's body - sucks!) and I know it's completely factually incorrect but I am really really enjoying it!

I work from home and have watched the first two seasons and the latest season 3 episodes in the last 2 weeks.

I am also a 'Pretty Little Liars' fan though, clearly I just like American rubbish - but I'm looking forward to the next episode on Saturday .

Yes, Lady Lola is just one wrong turn away from having tea with Mr Tumnus. How is it she hasn't aged since she was Susan in Narnia?

Year Greer and McKenna too but had presumed they were last names because of Mary being the first name.

I'm sure the writers just Google 'sort of British sounding names' and stick them into dramas.

Dh and dd1 are big reign fans. Dh is a 44yo ex army officer. Dd1 is a 15yo girl. He also listens to virgin radio on the way to work to keep up on the sleb gossip to inspire awe in the children. he's a 44yo man built like a brick shithouse with the mind of a 15yo girl. What a catch.

I normally fall asleep while it's on. I suspect I may be just as much of a catch.

One of the worst bits is listening to the horrendous English accents

Lol I used to watch dance academy with dd....but I secretly liked it more than her! It was so funny to see it on netflix.

For the other Aussies I also had a secret addiction to blue water high. Another boarding school style drama but it's a surf school. So realistic!

I started a thread on this a while ago to say it's ridiculous, but the costumes! I love the costumes so much.

I started watching Reign when I saw this thread a couple of weeks ago and I luffs it!! It clearly has massive historical inaccuracies and the costumes are ridiculous but its like Friends set in the 1500s, ignore the glaring gaffs and embrace it!
