I have washed my tatty 1990 Wimbledon towel. I didn't go that year, I went in '94 (21 years tomorrow!) but my friend (whose dad worked there, which is how I got the ticket) gave me an old one. We bought a bowl of strawberries between us. . It was a lovely hot day.

I saw Lindsey Davenport play Conchita Martinez, in the quarter finals. We had tickets in the CC members box- I saw the back of Cliff Richards' head.
