bit of a tall order that one! I'll do my best as long as no-one shouts at me for the bits that I'm bound to get wrong!! Joe got found not guilty everyone sided together and 'ran him out of town'. The closing scene was lovely, both families all together on the beach. I think Charlotte rampling made up with the young black lawyer and agreed to help her with her son (I think!!). Now the hard bit - the dodgy neighbour was sh**ng the older girl (the niece) on the partially laid laminate floor. The young girl was upstairs asleep. The dad snuck home from the wedding (possibly to have a go himself?!) and caught them and went mad and there was a big fight. The little girl came down and saw it all. I think the dad killed the niece by 'accident' by bashing her head. Not sure at what point the dodgy ones wife with the long dark hair came back (sorry I cant remember names!) but she had a 'hip flask' with some booze in and some sort of drug - possibly rohypnol - god knows how you spell that - I think it belonged to the dad and was possibly for the niece? Anyway the one with the long dark hair took the little one back up to bed and gave her the drink to make her sleep and when she was in a deep sleep she suffocated her (I think!). I cant remember what they did with the nieces body - buried her in woods hence constant bluebell references? The new flooring was covered in blood so they took it all up and burned it in the furnace that featured a few times in the investigations and then went and bought some more and relaid it. Olivia coleman went thru the evidence bag and found 2 receipts for the laminate and wanted to know why he'd bought 2 lots and that was what put her onto them. There is going to be a 3rd series. I think that's about it happy for anyone else to jump in and correct the bits I got wrong!!

Thanks so much for that FoJo Smile But what the heck - how could Joe have possibly be found innocent??

He was found not guilty because the jury had to ignore his confession. The vicar sent him to a halfway house in Sheffield.

It was Lee who killed the little girl after Claire drugged her with the Dad's hip flask. They all agreed to cover for each other since they were all implicated.

It was a bit shit to be honest.

Whole thing was dire and a massive let down

Oh well, sounds like I didn't miss too much - won't be on the edge of my seat now though, thanks all

And it was really unrealistic because burning laminate releases toxic fumes so no one would do it.
