...where was her work/ life balance?

Where was her acceptance that there was another way, other than her blueprint for life?

without saying too much so i don't spoil it....her WORK was her LIFE..... for the children

RTKangaMummy · 23/10/2006 23:49

deffo agree

and for her to slag the other mum off about cleaning

when she has 2 au pairs to clean is sooooooooooo stupid

Linnet · 23/10/2006 23:57

why didn't she wear rubber gloves when cleaning to protect her hands and nails?

then she made a big thing about how all her lovely nails were broken.

KellyKrueger1978 · 23/10/2006 23:59

I didn't understand that at all. I have nice nails, but they can withstand a bit of washing up! I think she needs to change her nail bar.

Her children did seem happy though. I did think it was awful that she didn't have more time for them, but I also thought the other one could have worked too! They were two extremes and I guess the programn makers were hoping they would meet somewhere in the middle, but it didn't happen.

I found the millionaire woman to be vile, but I had to turn off the Aftermath programme it made me soooo angry. Whilst she was sitting there patronising the other family and generally being rude, she said nothing when her children joined in and laughed at the poor peoples filth and various other things. so whilst she has lots of money and drive and ambition, I have 4 well mannered, well brought up, empathic, caring children, swap my life for hers...um no thanks (although I quite like their dining table )

anniebear · 24/10/2006 21:06

The scousers kids made me laugh!!

I did think that maybe she could have made them do a few things around the house

Don't think the Dad needed to go and work in the evenings if they were happy with what they had

why on earth did psh woman have 3 kids in as many years in the first place? she ahd 3 weeks off after she gave birth, straight back to work. Don't see the point

I am not saying mums shouldnt work, so don't shout at me lol lol But this was a bit extreme wasn't it

anniebear · 24/10/2006 21:07

meant to say posh woman
