Is it worth the watch? I've heard rave things about this so am contemplating giving it a go.

The only thing putting me off is how violent is it/gory wise. I'm okish to watch hospital dramas (Grey's, ER, holby) but not really in to violent gore IYSWIM?

Yes. It's not so much gore as creepy voyeurism and darkness. It's excellent and nasty.

Thanks! Will definitely give it a go then. Have heard such great things about it and what a brilliant part Jamie Dornan plays.

I think it's one of the best shows in recent years. Gillian Anderson (and her excellent wardrobe) is also great to watch. It's not gory but there is violence and it's creepy as hell.

Yes I watched Series 1 and caught with series 2 in less than 3 days ( I was ill).

Its still in my head. Hoping for series 3.

Thanks all. I'm ok with a bit of violence but not too much gore. I don't do horror films as it is haha.

sockmatcher I was looking at Jamie Dornan's twitter last week (loved him since he played Graham in Once upon a time) and he's pretty much confirmed a series 3
