WTF was that about tonight? I'm probably being dim, but was the baddie who Adam risked his life to protect because he was really a goodie, actually a baddie? Given the shooting at the end? And why would he shoot the guy after he'd given evidence at the Hague? And what exactly was the relationship between Adam, some woman from his childhood and Dempsey? Need a confused emoticon...

think he and adam, and therefore the women who was the mi6 officer's sister, grew up together etc. they thought the mi6 officer had gone bad, given thhat he ahd allowed adam to be tortured. turned out he was in a black op - ie deep deep cover - and had to let the torture take place to cover himself. but his controller was killed by the michale malone charecter, so that he could sell information to other rogue elements. so the mi6 officer was telling the truth. clear as mud?

I'm with you but the bit at the end showed him shooting the guy MI5 were protecting because they wanted him to give evidence at the Hague. Do you think once the witness had given evidence, MI5/baddie who turned out to be goodie decided to execute him because of the war crimes he'd carried out? IE protected evil man so his evidence would put away other evil people but then took him out because he was evil yet had immunity from prosecution in return for giving evidence, or something?

oh, sorry... mis read your post. yeah, think he assasinated him because he had seen him do, and probably had to collude in, some horrid horrid things.

did i mention that i love adam?

I love Adam too, I also liked the last main character who was killed off a while ago.
