This has always been my guilty pleasure.
Why are they ending it? Why Why WHY?
They can't! Angry
Why end a series that is still successful? (I know loads of people that watch it)
I wish they would reconsider!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway...........
How are you finding the series so far?

Who are your favorite characters?

I like Rhiannon. She's had some really good storylines.
I also see Gabby being in a lot of things in the future. She makes me think of a young Hayley Mills (only with attitude)
The red haired teacher gets on my tits. She's got such a smirky face. She and PE teacher are welcome to each other.
Simon can do better.
Head teacher's son is a bit of a looker (nothing like his dad) - bad casting?
Doesn't his mother look like she's in 28 weeks later, woman stood at window (but it isn't her)
Audrey is great (like a Brit version of Carol TWD)
And Christine as an alkie was very convincing.

Also the secretary cracks me up each time she opens her mouth.

(they can't get rid of it)

There's nothing else good on (Doctors is shite now)

Oh my why am I crying at to tonight's episode? Blush

woodhill · 17/12/2014 22:56

I love it too but Christine has now gone back to EE.

FayeFruitLoop · 18/12/2014 00:02

Was that the final episode??? That's the end??

SpanishFly · 18/12/2014 13:39

No that was episode 10 of 20. Not sure when it'll be back though. Sometimes it's January and sometimes it's later in the year

SpanishFly · 18/12/2014 13:41

I hate that "maybe we're just not meant to be" crap that Sue said, a week after saying she loved him. He was worth her marriage falling apart too. Bizarre.

woodhill · 18/12/2014 14:04

I think it's going on to BBC 3. I think this series has been a bit better.

Purpleflamingos · 18/12/2014 14:10

I used to love it but even I'm watching sporadically since it moved to Scotland.

cloudberryberry · 18/12/2014 21:34

I think this one is an improvement on the last couple of series, though not a patch on the earliest series. Though it's always been a load of old rubbish Grin
However, they are rehashing old story lines and characters so I can see how it's run its course. I'll miss it I think, as it's my secret guilty pleasure viewing. But with new writers, as somebody mentioned, who knows...

I did roll eyes at another threat of closure to Waterloo announced just at the end. Though perhaps, this time, this is how they;ll end it, with school closure.

SpanishFly · 18/12/2014 23:02

Just read that it's back on 5th January! 9pm on BBC Three then repeated at 1035pm on BBC One

TheFirstOfHerName · 05/01/2015 20:40

Bump because it's back on BBC3!

DS1 is very impressed that someone from the youth theatre group he used to belong to is playing one of the new characters.

Blondeshavemorefun · 05/01/2015 20:51

have enjoyed all the series's but think its time to end now, there are only so many drugs/bullying/teen preg that they can do

think 10 left

personally think the heads son should have got more punsihment, and for head and teacher to try and stay together, tho understand why spilt up as have to protect their kids

heads son a bit of a nutter tbh

chloejaynemummy · 05/01/2015 22:45
