I've just read it and I don't think its Carol in the bushes. Plus Daryl wouldn't have to tell her to come on out, she'd be charging out all by herself.

Beth is in this episode and I almost don't want to watch it.

I really can't stand her. I got some non-spoilery photos of yesterday's episode on my FB page and my heart sank. Her character is like a vortex of boredom. She makes all my favourite tedious just by talking to them.

I will need some take away noodles and an episode of McGarett eye candy (yay) just to psych myself up for episode 4.

At the risk of being attacked again, you might revise your opinion of Beth, OP.

It's a good episode. And less than two hours to go.

I haven't seen it but I don't think we'll find out who is in the bushes tonight. I just don't think they'd have a cliffhanger like that and not string it out for at least a couple of weeks. Although I've been wildly wrong in my predictions before...

I hope so. At this point a face and personality transplant might do it.

Agree too. And it made me remember too, that actually, once beth was out of the prison and with daryll, she did start to grow on me... as she gradually became less useless

How did she get less useless? All she did was sing and went on about getting drunk because she'd never had a drink before. Yawn.

At least in the prison she was helping look after Judith.

This whole episode just pissed me off. It feels like pandering to a particular subset of the audience - and I know ratings among target demographics are everything, but still - I don't hate Beth but the actress just isn't that good When I think what Danai Gurira or Melissa McBride could do with this material. I get the huff. The whole sexy young thing in peril trope is so tired.

Alsobthe fact that I know Emily Kinney is 29, not 18, takes me out of the story.

This is the first episode I have ever wandered away from without pausing. That said I do like Noah, so perhaps all is not lost.

She woke up in a hospital in central Atlanta. She was picked up and now has to work her time like a bonded worker or slave.

I am saying that from the perspective of the beginning of the episode.

Ok I am bored senseless. Best part so far was Beth getting slapped.

The individual episodes didn't work last season and Kinney is the weakest actress. I don't care enough about her to find out who those people are.

So these people are genuinely nothing to do with the people and the black car that took her?

How are they meant to work off their debt?

It seems the only point of the hospital is to hold pretty young women to 'keep the officers happy'

So that's pretty pointless then.

But at least they have people to do laundry... and a guinea pig farm
