Des was a very sad character, wasn't he? Clearly his literacy problems and self esteem had lead him down the wrong path. Not helped by people like Gobbyplod always assuming the worst. But Mrs T is still far too trusting. But would we have her any other way?

One of the first gifts dh ever gave me was a box of Farley's rusks.(Ds was neatly 6 months old when dh and i met) Ds never ate them- but for some reason I liked them. Especially the banana ones. Dry as fuck, they were though .
