The training is very expensive, so you can guarantee they're doing in as they absolutely want to nanny as a career rather than just falling into childcare because they're not sure what else to do.

i doubt many people just 'fall' into a ba (hons) degree at the moment with the costs involved!

Lots of nannies won't have done a degree though.

I was a nanny with three degrees!
