I wonder what the viewing figures are like? I've enjoyed it but don't know of anyone else that's watching it.

No, it used to be that everyone was talking about it but nothing this series and not even been close to hearing spoilers or anything.

Disappointing ending!

DH and I loved 24 we have watched every series. The one was soo disappointing at the end. The story was great but it finished at hour 11 and then they just tagged the Russians taking Jack (again!!!) on at the end

i haven't seen any of it! dh and i thought we would save it for when we can watch it in one go without the bloody advert breaks. mustn't read this thread.....

It was SUCH a disappointment as a series.

Dh and I use to watch it and be on the edge of our seats and not see the twists coming etc. Now it's just meh.

Think Jack was broken for me when they sent him to china. :(

The end was too much like déjà vu, such a shame, too. It didn't seem too bad overall.

Really rushed ending, did still like Jack B and loved his jacket and man bag!

I've always loved 24, but there seemed to be way too many plot holes in this series. For example, how on earth did Kate not consider that there might be other snipers/baddies hanging around when she went to rescue Audrey? The way they all just sauntered through the park afterwards was ridiculous.

Yes, I thought that, why would she not consider other shooters.

Also, the prime ministers assistant looked shifty all the way through, I'm assuming now she was a just like that as an actress but I was convinced something was going to go weird there.

I loved it, but I think I'm the only one who did! I did think it was a bit silly how they crow barred the chinese and Russians in at the end though. I think they could have made it into a full 24 episode season.

Did anyone else find the ending really sad? I am pregnant and hormonal but I sobbed when President Heller said how one day he wouldn't remember who his daughter was. Then I cried again when Jack told Chloe she was his best friend!

I loved it too. It's made me want to rewatch all the other seasons on Netflix

DH and I said the same thing picnic. The back catalogue is free on amazon prime too.

I thought it was the best series for ages - William Devane was fantastic in his role.

Chloe's eye makeup was super annoying though.
