But what I want to know is

Did anyone else have the same continuity of care? She has had the same MW to delivery her baby - she has seen her on the ward for the last X number of days & was also on special care unit helping her to feed. I havn't seen anpther MW anywhere near...

I had the same midwife for DD2, never saw anyone else, wasn't the case with DD1 who has Down's syndrome though.

I had the same MW for both of mine. She delivered myself and my sister too She retired a few weeks ago so if I have another it will be someone different. Good on them for promoting BF!!

Good for them for promoting breatfeeding and Down's syndrome.

Babies with Down's syndrome can find it difficult at first to latch on but get it eventually and they showed this early on, Friday's episode I believe.

What happened tonight?

Honey's dad got her to go back to the hospital (Pat had stayed all night with the baby after Honey ran off). I think the next bit of the story will be Billy feeling shut out as Honey responded to her dad and not him. BTW, Honey told her dad that the baby has DS.

Well, you didn't really see, the next scene was Honey and her dad turning up at hospital with him saying "it'll be okay, I'm here now" and Billy trailing behind, so you sort of assume that he's talked her round and got her to go back, IYSWIM.
