Obviously, I'm a bit late to help you decide but I'd go for Homes Under the Hammer any day! Just to hear the incredibly literal way they select the music to go with each house. Vermin trouble? 'Rat in mi Kitchen'. Total wreck? 'Rip it up and start again'. Fabulous!
