No. It seems, from recent events, that she has fallen off the wagon numerous times. Without giving too much away from the rest of Series 5 (yet to screen in the UK), her behaviour deteriorated dramatically and she presented as unstable to say the (very) least. It seems she's been drinking and abusing various substances on and off for quite some time, and some of the Housewives were right all along about this.
After the whole series was finished screening in the US, and Kim read some of the fairly blunt online opinions about her (and Brandi's) behaviour, she had a meltdown and was then arrested in the Polo Lounge in the BH Hotel, for being drunk and disorderly, resisting arrest and kicking a police officer (and they seem to have skated over the issue that she must have driven there under the influence also). She gave an interview with Dr Phil a week or two afterwards, where she admitted some of what had been going on and he offered her rehab. She flounced and dithered about accepting, and clearly didn't really want it, for what Dr Phil called "diva" excuses.
It was then reported that she had gone into rehab after all, but was insisting on coming out briefly to attend her daughter's second wedding (or rather the original main one, as they rustled up another one at Kathy Hilton's house earlier in the RHOBH series, so that her daughter's ill father could attend, as his cancer was likely to be too far advanced for the 'real one' in Mexico). Things kicked off at this Mexico wedding too, and she was apparently very drunk and made a scene and insulted the groom's family. Her sober coach/minder from rehab, who'd accompanied her to Mexico, quit over her behaviour. Her daughter Brooke is apparently no longer speaking to her (according to media reports). Kim went AWOL and didn't return to rehab, although she has now reportedly checked into a different facility that also deals with personality disorders.
I think I need to get out more!
