THought I'd let all of you know that the Daily Mail has just started running a promotion that's really appealing. Buy the paper for the next 10 days and clip coupons. Turn them in daily at WH Smith or post them away and you'll get a full set of David Attenborough wildlife dvds.

Well look at it this way - you'll only have to buy the Mail for the next 10 days if you want the series. Only problem is that the dvds will have the Mail logo on the front - might be too much of a negative for some!

I sent off the coupons and cheque ages ago (possibly late Sept?), and have received nothing yet. Anyone else heard anything or received the dvds?

earlybird - I sent off a cheque ages ago for the roald dahl thing in the telegraph and still nothing.

bookends - do you remember when it arrived? I wonder if the fulfillment house is slow, or if demand was so greater than supply? I suppose I should go look at bank statements to see if the cheque was cashed....

FatThighs - maybe these sorts of things just take a long time. Still it's been so long, that I'm starting to wonder if we've missed out. Hope not!

ooh fauve mine came this morning so they must have got their finger out! I ordered and got 4 sets - three spoken for do you think I should give 4th to the school or a friend with same age child?

I love freebies - my son has revolting rhymes on and from here it sounds pretty good! Hurrah!
