Sarah Newlin was behind the Hep V virus being spread to the tru blood and Eric's sister's Nora dying.

Maxine Fortenberry's death has been a looooong time coming .

It was Sarah who opened the roof on the room with all the vampires in last season. Plus she pretty much ran the prison and helped with the HepV True Blood.

TBH, it doesn't take much for Eric to be pissed off with someone at the best of times

Yay, Eric's back in Bon Temps. Loving the 80s/90s flashbacks.

I only got into TB recently. Watched the ENTIRE first six series over about two weeks . I needed to to ensure I was ready for the new series. I love Eric too, wasn't that bothered by Alcide.

I'm enjoying it although sookie is annoying me. Almost seems like it will end where it all began.

Careful not to give spoilers LaChatte, we're only up to episode 4!

By far the best ep so far in this season, actually had some coherence - although Sookie is irritating (why did she get all cuddly with Eric?) and a vampire fight isn't the most amazing spectacle given they all move so quick.

The Arlene scene was sweet - she's always been a great character, and nice to see Terry even for a minute. Now she's been bitten by Hep V vamps that means she's a carrier right?

The flashbacks were quite fun for a change (and poor Ginger!) and so glad to see that cockney Hep V vamp explode, his accent was irritating as fuck.

That was a great episode (4). It just seemed to have a little bit of everything I love about TB - Eric being a bitch, Sookie being stupid, some fighting, some terrible, terrible clothes, and of course Eric and Sookie having ' a moment'. Don't get me wrong, Sookie is one of the most irritating characters ever to appear on TV, but I still love it when she gets to share a moment with Eric.

The 80s flashbacks were hilarious, especially Pam's horrified gasp when she saw the video shop. Though nothing quite beats that slow-mo, vaseline-lensed shot of Eric appearing to Ginger. That was absolutely hilarious. Did anyone see that the costume designer tweeted that she had completely copied Jason Priestly in 90210 for Eric's look?

Fab. I said to dh it was just like looking at Jason Priestly!

And the Voices of Reason decree that ogling Eric is the single best past time any girl can have.

The slow mo walk killed me because it was like the producers (who are clearly throwing everything at this last season, what with Hoyt and Terry and Ginger in ep 4) know full well that Ginger's reaction is pretty much what all women would be doing in their head if they ever saw Eric Northman in the flesh.

Please please help me. I can't find episodes 1 and 2 I have 3 on demand. Does anyone know how to watch them online?

I loved all the Pam scenes in episode 4. Also loved that Ginger came up with the whole Fangtasia name and idea. Did Ginger get killed off previously? I can't remember.

Ginger was in the vampire prison as a 'donor' and they got her out when Eric and Bill broke everyone out. Last seen at that party at Bill's place I think, unless anything happened to her since then?
