Thought the use of the word 'terminated' was a bit strong!

How much do they get paid? My old colleague had it as the best ever uni job weds-sat each week and got about £12k 20 years ago plus land benefits
Sounded like they still only get that now??
Also can they make you buy uniform? Surely it's part of the role
