I hope the final challenge of the entire competition will be to reconstruct every dish they deconstructed this series.

I LOVE filthy Spanish chef.
He is very enthusiastic and encouraging.

He's being very nice to them.

It's all gone very wanky with the food. I've never got 'foams' and suchlike, and food by the likes of Ferran Adria never looks appealing (although I've never eaten any).

H&F food was much nicer than this (and I do like poncy food too!)

I had the smoked haddock omelette which was lovely but too big so I had to share with my partner. Can't remember what he had but it was delish! Will look at the menu later and remember. Then we had the famous duck, cabbage and chips which won the Great British Menu (sauce/gravy was superb) and a guinea fowl dish. They were both lovely. Gorgeous breads too.

Deconstructed gyoza, anyone?

No Ping - it's not amazing - it's pointless, and seriously over complicates food.
