No I recognise her too. They use a few people multiple times. Like the one who played Lucy house holder and Nicholas Lea In gender bender.

But she's always friends with a young guy on drugs - same character surely?

Could be coincidence. But their drug using characters are always so stereotypical. No suited and booted well spoken drug addicts. Always a stoner who can barely talk.

Just realised the Mulder-as-Ahab thing ties in with Scully's attraction to father figures...
