Is Thomas the tank on TV anywhere at the moment?

Asking question for DS, obvs, not for me!!

He is 16mo and LOVES trains! We live near a train line and he loves watching the trains go past. He enjoys Chuggington on Ceebeebies (it's the only tv show he watches, I record one episode a day for him)....but I used to really like Thomas when I was a kid and wondered if it was still on anywhere?

Thanks!

I think it's on nick Jnr in the day times if you have that

IWillOnlyEatBeans · 22/03/2014 20:15

Channel 5 weekdays at 7.30am :)

Fairylea · 22/03/2014 20:16

Netflix have some Thomas films and you can always watch some episodes on you tube. I have a train mad little boy too!

I don't think it's on proper tv anywhere.

Smellga · 22/03/2014 20:16

A million dvds are available v cheaply of course (on ebay for example).

AmandinePoulain · 22/03/2014 21:03

Be aware though that today's Thomas is very different to the Thomas of our childhood, it's all cgi and they have voices now Sad

It's been ruined in the manner of Postman Pat (wtf does a village postie need with a helicopter ffs Hmm)

Figster · 22/03/2014 22:19

We have DVDs from pound land which have 6 episodes each which were very useful. He's
now big into octonauts but loves a "choo choo" still Grin

sweetkitty · 22/03/2014 22:25

As everyone else has said C5 7.35am every morning.

The feature length DVDs are great pick them up for a couple of pounds in stores like B&M or Amazon
