I'm really loving the Gareth Malone choir thing this time.

I thought the last series was quite lame, but I like the way they're doing a range of music this time, rather than just popular songs.

I really enjoyed the bankers choir and the fire service gave the best performance.

Apologies if there's already a thread on this btw.

It was wonderful Loma. I am worried some people may miss it though as it wasn't on on a Monday IYKWIM. I have it on Sky Plus and will be watching again. Grin

Just watched it on iPlayer. The wrong choir won imo but won't say who or why for those who haven't seen it yet. But they all had some good strong points.

I didn't like the song much though. Very formulaic and a bit pedestrian for my taste.

Did I read somewhere that Gareth is doing an American series next?

Yes Mardy it's all filmed from what I can gather. Should be fun.

Excellent, I will watch it later. And it turns out that DH had recorded it too.

Aw, I heart Gareth Smile.

I don't think the judging was for the best choir, but rather the most cohesive. I think the best one won

It is such a breath of fresh air and everything GM seems to do is to add value and install a love of music/singing without bullying

The whole series was great. So much joy.

I loved how the children were giving the adults advice.

I thought the best choir won
