I am not ashamed to say I love Big Band week. The live orchestra always shows up the ones who have been carried along by a backing trackGrin

Here are the songs-

Abi Alton – That’s Life

Hannah Barrett – This Is A Man’s World

Luke Friend – Moondance

Nicholas McDonald – Dream A Little Dream

Rough Copy – Hit The Road Jack

Sam Bailey – New York New York

Sam Callahan – Ain’t That A Kick In The Head

Tamera Foster – Cry Me A River

Needless to say, they aren't all exactly Big band tracks.

Where is 'Mack the Knife'?? Someone always does 'Mack the Knife'

and no Mickey Bubbles either, which makes meSad.

We have Robbie 'album to plug' Williams and Celine 'why sing one note when you can sing a dozen' Dion.

I need Wine

Lots and lots of Wine

Ahhh, I always liked Abi. She's not a main stream pop princess but some of my fave singers like Emmy the great and Lily Flyn aren't pitch perfect.

HoneyDragon · 10/11/2013 20:56

Yup this time next year one of us will be served by a bitter till scanner wearing a crown of wilted daffodils.

Livesforbedtime · 10/11/2013 20:56

Really think wish sausage had gone.. Two weeks in the bottom two... Ffs send her home!

I can see Abi wreaking revenge. Carrie style.

And in no way original, Dermot.

While I don't disagree that Joan is shit, but they do keep getting rid of the ones that I can actually remember. At this rate the final will be the blandest thing imaginable.

SuePurblybilt · 10/11/2013 20:57

Poor duck. I hope she goes off to university and has a nice life.
None of this XF silliness and trauma

thistlelicker · 10/11/2013 20:57

Do u think Miley Cyrus will twerk with bazzA

NoelOfLorst · 10/11/2013 20:57

Miley Cyrus?

Raahh · 10/11/2013 20:57

I thought Joan was at least dignified.

My rules: if you're in the bottom two weeks running you should be dropped through the stage.

Diamondcassis · 10/11/2013 20:58

It's actually no more than "Opportunity Knocks" (of my youth), is it? A load of rubbish with a really really really rare bit of excellence

ArbitraryUsername · 10/11/2013 20:58

Honey: I'm not actually planning on heading to Middlesbrough for my shopping. Grin

SuePurblybilt · 10/11/2013 20:58

Mingehead 'announced' it last week, Maryzed. As if it were a privilege Grin. The whole final 12.
I am guessing he's picked a couple of them up to sign.

LineRunner · 10/11/2013 20:58

A treat in store, then.

Livesforbedtime · 10/11/2013 20:58

Oh good. Miley I'm a big girl now Cyrus...

Chubfuddler · 10/11/2013 20:59

Oh look it's a warbling John Lewis advert

snice · 10/11/2013 20:59

she will twerk at poor Dermie. He is dying inside just thinking about it-wondering if he can pull a sickie for next week too

Sue:that is exactly the advice her parents should have given her this summer, before she went to the auditions.
