Anyone see this? Missed start but mini appeared to have been taken into care for starting fires. Seemed like tough background too, heartbreaking tho when soc worker told him on camera he couldn't go home... sad clip too of him laughing uncontrollably at memory of his dad running out naked and neighbours seeing, albeit that his dad was escaping fire mini set.
Clearly needed help but not clear the help he got was right....
