For the Lakes and Our Friends in the North you want to get BBC Prime(The foreign BBC channel) - they each get reshown at least once a year, same episode several times a week .

six million dollar man (loved watching this again on sci fi but they have taken it off!)

also they had a programme on ch 4 (?) where they followed people setting up their own businesses - would love to see a proper follow up to those

I liked Castaway too - very interesting - I wonder where they all are now?

I also really liked Survivor.
