Yes, you could see that we were building up to something big. It's so beautifully done, DD2 says it reminds her somewhat of Sherlock.

I really enjoyed this series. Well written (ignoring M16 woman ) and well acted.

I could see what was going to happen a mile off but still enjoyed watching.

Lots of loose ends still so hopefully the next series picks up from this one.
