Well no, but they are going to achieve till death do us part, which is more than 99% of Corrie couples manage.

"happily" might be moot, but there used to be life-long couples. Like Jack and Vera. It would be nice to have a few more.

Hopefully Rita amd Dennis will stay the course. Ken and Deirdre have stuck together despite everything. But most of them have more partners than birthdays.

Dennis is hardly Rita's one and only!

Roy will, I think, be like Emily in never finding anyone else.
